Alex Brice is a seasoned Real Estate Broker Associate with more than 20 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. Fluent in English and French, he specializes in residential sales, relocations, and investment properties, providing professionalism, patience, and personalized guidance to every client.

Throughout his career, Alex has successfully negotiated complex contracts across the U.S. and Canada with municipalities and Fortune 500 companies including FedEx, Iron Mountain, Bell Canada, ExxonMobil, and Union Gas. Licensed in Florida and New York, with Massachusetts pending, he proudly represents clients through United Realty Group, one of Florida’s largest independently owned brokerages with 21 offices statewide.

I knew nothing about home buying and like a typical first time home buyer, I wanted EVERYTHING. Alex was patient and he took the time to teach/show me the way. I went into contract in 2013 and didn’t close until July of 2015 due to some tie ups with the property. Alex knew the gold mine that I was sitting on and took numerous visits to the property during that time so that I remained connected. He also would send me comps to show me how my property value was increasing even though the purchase wasn’t done yet. After the purchase, Alex connected me with contractors and repairmen that we’re trustworthy to ensure that I wasn’t taken advantage of and got the best deal. To this day Alex still calls to check on how I’m doing with the property and still sends comps from the area. It is without question that Alex Brice is my realtor for life.
